When will my order be shipped?
All orders received before 1pm PST are shipped the same day. Standard shipping takes between 5 and 7 business days to reach its destination. Expedited service is available. Please call our Customer Service Care Center if you have any questions on the status of your order. 1(888)607-2229.

What is your standard shipping rate?
Standard shipping is free on all order. These rates do not apply to international orders or expedited shipping.

Shipments to other countries are a FLAT FEE of U$14.00

What is www.babysongs.com's return and exchange policy?
We understand that not all DVDs work out for all children. If you are not happy with any of our products, simply contact us within 20 days of the purchase date. When we receive your return, we will quickly credit or exchange your order. Exchanges are subject to a shipping charge. Occasionally there is a manufacturing problem with the DVD; please contact us and we will fix the problem.
